Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate clients on our waitlist and respect the time reserved specifically for you.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a fee of 75% of the scheduled service total.
Appointments canceled after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
